TTK UAS (Tallinna Tehnikakõrgkool) is the largest university of applied sciences in Estonia, offering higher education to 3000 students. TTK UAS provides technical higher education in the field of engineering. Studies are conducted in five faculties: Faculty of Architectural and Environmental Engineering, Faculty of Transport, Faculty of Mechanics, Faculty of Construction and Faculty of Clothing and Textiles.
TTK UAS offers 4-year study programs on Bachelor’s level (240 ECTS), Distant Studies and in-service trainings for professionals. TTK UAS is an active participant in various international programs and projects: 7th Framework Program, LLP (Erasmus mobility and projects, Leonardo Da Vinci Program, etc), Nordplus Networks and projects, etc.
Our role in the project
In the HAPHE project, TTK UAS is representing Estonian Rectors Council of Applied Universities. The role of TTK UAS in the project is to collect information on current practices on professional higher education in Estonia, set a national profile of Estonian PHEIs, define and disseminate best practices of Estonia, consult stakeholders to improve professional higher education and contribute to developing indicators for the monitoring of PHE.

The key person for the project is Anne Kraav, MSc in Technical Science, Vice Rector of Development since 2001, member of EURASHE Council, member of working groups in 7th framework program project B2BLoco (2009 – 2011), UASNet project EDUPROF (2009 – 2011).
